Zac Efron broke his jaw when he slipped at his L.A. area home in a
puddle of water he didn't see. He also suffered from a gash that required
stiches. Prior to the broken jaw, Efron fell at his That Awkward Moment premiere where
he fell and initially loosened his jaw... talk about an Awkward moment!
